Privacy Notice

What this site collects

Nothing is collected until you submit one of the two forms. There is no account to create and no login.

• Contact form — your first and last name, your email address and your message. Optionally, a phone number, your business name, your current website address and which service you are interested in.
• Free website assessment — your name, your business name, your email address and the website address you ask us to check. A phone number is optional. The results of that automated check are stored alongside your enquiry.

Where it goes

Both forms write to one database and send one notification email. These are the only third parties involved, and each receives only what it needs:

• Supabase — hosts the database where enquiries are stored.
• Resend — delivers the notification email to VertikWeb.
• Vercel — hosts this website and records standard web-server request data, such as IP address and page requested, as part of serving the site.
• Google PageSpeed Insights — receives only the website address you submit to the free assessment, so it can measure that page. It does not receive your name, email address or phone number.

How long it is kept

Enquiries are kept for 24 months from your most recent contact with VertikWeb, then deleted. If you ask for deletion before then, that happens instead.

What is never done with it

• It is never sold, rented or traded.
• It is never used for advertising, and never shared with advertising networks.
• It is never shared with anyone beyond the providers named above, unless the law requires it.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies. Nothing follows you from this site to another. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to ask you to accept.

Your choices

Email contact@vertikweb.com to ask for a copy of what is held about you, to have it corrected, or to have it deleted. Requests are handled personally and normally answered within a few business days. You do not need to give a reason to have your information deleted.

How it is protected

The site is served over HTTPS with a Content-Security-Policy and other security headers. Everything submitted is validated on the server. The database cannot be reached from your browser — only the server can read or write it, and access is limited to VertikWeb's founder.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and VertikWeb does not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.

Changes to this notice

If this notice changes, the date at the top changes with it. A material change will be described rather than quietly substituted.
